Oxford 1Earth is a new age Real Estate company in Pune that is focussed towards providing contemporary residence for the urban youth of the nation. They are a brand that deeply emphasize on a wholesome living experience.

1. The Brief

The client came to us with a single minded proposition; to position Oxford 1Earth as a real estate brand that represents the urban youth of the nation, one that is aligned to their sensibilities and creates spaces that resonates with them.

2. The Big Idea

Owing to the intense competition in the real estate market & the monotony of all their campaigns, the idea was to create a simple and straight-forward campaign across all media channels that is a satirical twist on the run of the mill Real Estate advertising that is prevalent in today’s times. This gave birth to “Why State the Obvious”, a campaign that targeted all the regular claims that developers usually make while showcasing how we deliver on all our promises without making tall claims.

3. The Result

The campaign took the city by storm and was an immediate success. Spread over print, outdoor & digital, the campaign pushed organic reach of people visiting the Oxford 1Earth website & Social Media pages by over 70%. Moreover, it instantly established the brand as a trusted name in the real estate segment and helped make Oxford 1Earth a household name.
